About Me

With a career spanning 19 years in the dynamic world of real estate, I've navigated every twist and turn the market has thrown our way. Joining David Wilson back in the bustling market of 2006, I jumped right into the excitement.

While the market has certainly seen its share of ups and downs – from the pre-crash boom to foreclosures, slow periods, rapid growth, and even the unique challenges of the pandemic – my stick-with-it attitude has kept me firmly rooted in this profession I truly enjoy.

For me, real estate is more than just a job; it's woven into the fabric of my life. My family is incredibly supportive, and our conversations often revolve around properties and the latest real estate trends – we even enjoy watching those house-hunting shows together! With family members also in the industry, it's safe to say, we live and breathe real estate.

Beyond the professional realm, my husband, Phil Champion Sr., and I are proud parents to two wonderful sons, Phil Jr. (and his wife, Melissa) and Will (and his girlfriend, Madi). We're also enthusiastic supporters of our local community, whether we're cheering on our Carolina Panthers through thick and thin (yes, we still miss Peppers, McCaffrey, and Cam!) or catching a Fayetteville Woodpeckers baseball game.
